Minnesota freshman power forward Josh Martin has decided to transfer from the program.
Andre Hollins scored a season-high 27 points and Minnesota beat Wake Forest 84-69 on Tuesday night in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. Hollins hit a career-high seven 3-pointers while Carlos Morris added 15 points and Joey King had 14 for the Golden Gophers (5-2).
Another come-from-behind win lifted Wisconsin to a Big Ten division title. Melvin Gordon ran for 151 yards and accounted for two scores, and the 14th-ranked Badgers rallied from a two-touchdown deficit to beat No. 22 Minnesota 34-24 on Saturday night to earn a trip to the conference championship game.
