Plans to expand the trail system along the Mississippi River in Minneapolis have hit a snag, and it may actually end up in the hands of a judge. The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board met Wednesday to decide what to do about a stretch of land on the east bank of the river.
About 4.7 million strollers are being recalled because, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, they could amputate children’s fingers. The CPSC said the folding hinge on the side of a number of Graco strollers could pinch a child’s finger, which could lead to serious injuries.
Graco is recalling nearly 3.8 million car safety seats because children can be trapped by buckles that may not unlatch.
