The Future Looks Bright For The Minnesota Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings had a disappointing finish to an encouraging season. Jared Allen will undergo surgery on his shoulder after the Pro Bowl later this month. The Vikings now begin preparation for the draft in April and evaluating its 14 free agents.

Minnesota Vikings CB Antoine Winfield Still Undecided For Saturday

The Minnesota Vikings believe they will have Antoine Winfield available for Saturday’s game against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. However, the swelling in his hand could be the determining factor. The Vikings appear to have everyone except linebacker Tyrone McKenzie available for the game.

The Minnesota Vikings had a very successful month of December. They finished the month with a 4-1 record that propelled the team into the playoffs as the No. 6 seed. Adrian Peterson, Everson Griffen and Blair Walsh led the way for the Vikings.

Harrison Smith Is Giving The Minnesota Vikings A Presence At Safety

Harrison Smith is becoming one of the most complete safeties in the NFL. There are very few that can hit as hard as him while possessing the ball skills to turn errant throws into turnovers. He is making it scarier to play against the Vikings defense.
