Hundreds of people made the trip to the top of the Historic Highland Park Water Tower on Sunday. The 127-foot St. Paul landmark is only open to the public twice a year.
When more than 60,000 people attend an event every year, you know it’s a good time. That’s exactly the case again this year as the Highland Fest is a St. Paul tradition. From a 5K run, to a strong man competition and yes, carnival rides, there’s something for everyone.
