Peter Riley, the attorney for victim Sarah Bagley, says Judge Phillip Bush ordered Timothy Bakdash Wednesday to pay money to Bagley for medical expenses and pain and suffering compensation. Bagley, along with her friends Ben Van Handel and Katelynn Hanson, were on foot when they were struck by Bakdash, who was driving his car the wrong way on 5th Street Southeast in Dinkytown on April 15, 2011.
