Man’s Body Pulled From Mississippi River Near Wakota Bridge

Authorities are investigating after a man’s body was pulled from the Mississippi River near the Wakota Bridge on the border of South St. Paul and Inver Grove Heights Sunday night. The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office said a person fishing on the river in the area discovered the body at about 7 p.m. Sunday and called 911.
