A Cambridge man has died after a motorcycle accident early Thursday morning. The Isanti County Sheriff’s office says the accident happened at about 1:52 a.m. near the area of 331st Avenue Northwest and Walbo Drive Northwest.
Authorities executed a search warrant Monday at a property north of the Twin Cities in connection with the 1989 disappearance of Amy Sue Pagnac. It’s the second search warrant to be executed in the case in recent weeks.
Authorities said a 56-year-old man and 65-year-old woman, both of Braham, were found dead in a house fire in Itasca County on Tuesday. Fire crews were called to the 41000 block of Polk Street NE in rural Braham at about 11:53 a.m. Tuesday on a report of a fire.
A 13-year-old boy from Cambridge was killed Thursday after getting hit by a car while riding his bike near the Cambridge Airport, according to the Isanti County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities identified the victim Friday as Colin Nathaniel Larson.
A 13-year-old boy died Thursday afternoon in central Minnesota after a car, driven by a fellow teenager, struck him as he rode his bike, authorities say. A 39-year-old Cambridge woman who worked at the Isanti County Jail was arrested last Thursday in connection with an ongoing drug case at the facility, according to the Isanti County Sheriff’s Office. Cara Sue Lindgren, who worked as a nurse at the Isanti County Jail, is accused of ordering oxycodone and hydrocodone and was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

First responders and a dive team were called to Long Lake in Isanti County at about 3:15 a.m. Sunday after man called saying he was in a boat with a friend who had fallen overboard and not come up.
