Four Minnesota Vikings Named To The Pro Bowl, Multiple Players Snubbed

A lot has happened with the Minnesota Vikings. The team had four players selected to the Pro Bowl. Blair Walsh tied or broke multiple records Sunday at Houston and Antoine Winfield suffered a fracture in his hand Sunday. The Vikings game time for its final regular season game against the Green Bay Packers has changed. Minnesota lost two players to the Jacksonville Jaguars on waivers. Adrian Peterson donates money to Team Rubicon.

Minnesota Viking Jared Allen Draws Criticism For Block

The Chicago Bears did not like the block that Jared Allen laid on offensive lineman Lance Louis during Sunday’s game. Leslie Frazier was upset with Adrian Peterson for missing the team bus prior to Sunday’s game. Mistral Raymond had a touchdown confirmed then overturned in a matter of minutes. The Vikings saw one of its practice squad players sign with another team early in the week.

The Minnesota Vikings received a big boost as star running back Adrian Peterson returned just nine and a half months after tearing his ACL. Peterson not only returned, but started and received the bulk of the carries. However, the hero of the game for the Vikings was rookie kicker Blair Walsh, who made a 55-yard field as time expired to send the game to overtime. He then added the game-winning on the opening drive of the extra period.
