Woman Charged With Sister In Drug Case To Plead One of two sisters from Minnesota accused of dealing large quantities of methamphetamine in North Dakota says she will also plead guilty in the case. Jennifer and Jacqueline Weiss, of Zimmerman, Minnesota, are charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of meth.
