Janet Jackson is returning to Minneapolis, the city she loved enough to shout out during that break in “Escapade,” this November as part of her just-announced concert tour. Miss-Jackson-if-you’re-Nasty’s Unbreakable World Tour is making a stop at the Target Center on November 1.
