Duluth Precinct Supplies Outdated Ballot

Election officials in Duluth say they have scrambled to replace a bad ballot that was briefly supplied to voters in one precinct. The ballot listed a Democratic state lawmaker whose name had been removed after he decided not to seek re-election.
