Joseph Duane Kadlec
A Cambridge man was convicted Friday on charges stemming from the shooting of a man during a road-rage incident outside of the Isanti County Police Department in 2012. Joseph Duane Kadlec, 73, was convicted of first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless discharge of a firearm by an Isanti County jury. According to a criminal complaint, Kadlec shot Kyle William Ronning in the chin during an argument after a road incident on southbound Highway 65 on Sept. 29, 2012.
A 71-year-old man has been charged in a road rage incident between two motorists, which led to a shooting in the Isanti Police Department parking lot on Saturday afternoon.
