A bicyclist died Tuesday afternoon in a collision with a vehicle in Kandiyohi County.
A motorcyclist died late Sunday morning after losing control and crashing on a west central Minnesota road, according to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities were called at about 11:20 a.m. to a intersection of County Road 4 and County Road 26 in Harrison Township on a report of a motorcycle crash.
A St. Cloud man was arrested early Saturday after he led police on a high-speed chase in a stolen car. According to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office, around 1:50 a.m. officers attempted to stop a 2006 Saturn as it entered the city of Spicer for driving at speeds greater than 70 mph on southbound Highway 23.

A 76-year-old Lake Lillian man is dead after the ATV he was driving flipped on top of him Tuesday night, according to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s office. The accident happened just after 8 p.m. on the 12000 block of Big Kandi Drive.
Authorities are investigating a crash between a pick-up truck and a semi Sunday night in Kandiyohi County that killed one person and injured several others, including two children.
Authorities in west-central Minnesota say a 2-year-old child was flown to a Twin Cities hospital after being pulled from a pool. The Kandiyohi County sheriff’s office was called to a near-drowning in a pool near New London around 4:15 p.m. Friday. The child was flown by helicopter to a metro hospital. The child’s condition is unknown.
A 66-year-old man from Montevideo died Sunday after an accident involving a personal watercraft in western Minnesota, authorities said. The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident at about 3:26 p.m. Sunday on the north side of Norway Lake.
A 53-year-old Owatonna man was killed Sunday afternoon in a tree cutting accident just east of New London, authorities said. The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident at about 12:45 p.m. Sunday.

An 8-year-old Willmar boy was struck by a boat near the south shore of Big Kandiyohi Lake on Saturday afternoon. EMS personnel arrived at the 6500 block of 147th Avenue Southeast around 4 p.m., where they attended to the boy who had a head injury.
