Lexington Home A Total Loss After Fire

Authorities said nobody was injured but a family might have lost some pets in a house fire Wednesday night in the north Twin Cities metro. Crews were called to a house fire at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 8800 block of North Highway Drive in Lexington.

Service Dog Stolen Outside St. Paul Gas Station

St. Paul Police are looking for a suspect accused of stealing a service dog outside a local gas station. According to authorities, the dog was stolen around 7:10 p.m. Sunday outside the Super America at 399 N. Lexington.

Charges: Man Attacked Mom, Husband Over Letting Dog Out

A 41-year-old Maplewood man is facing assault charges after he allegedly attacked his mother and her husband with a golf club over an argument about letting his dog out, according to charges filed in Anoka County Court. Francis Albert Campbell was charged with two counts of second-degree assault and one count of fourth-degree assault in connection with the incident, which happened in early June.
