Starting Saturday, one of the classic holiday attractions of Minneapolis will be open to the public. Santaland is located on the eight floor of Macy’s downtown store. Denise Cattoor is vice president store manager. “This is the 52nd year of Santaland, and we’re very excited to have this tradition for all of our customers here in the Twin Cities,” Cattoor said.
It’s something that’s become an annual holiday tradition for many Minnesotan families. Santaland at Macy’s in downtown Minneapolis is spreading the holiday cheer once again this year.
No waiting in line here as Santa strolls from table to table to visit and pose for pictures you take with your own camera. Meanwhile, kids occupy themselves with snacks from the Call of the Wild restaurant, available craft activities or coloring sheets.
Make the holidays special with these family-focused events around Minnesota.
Macy’s Santaland is not just a place to tell Santa your wish list. It benefits kids in real need by donating to the Make A Wish Foundation.
