A baby animal is scheduled to make his public debut at the Minnesota Zoo Wednesday. The endangered Malayan tapir calf was born at the end of July. The zoo said he sort of resembles a furry watermelon with legs.

The Minnesota Zoo is celebrating its very own historic birth. The zoo welcomed the first Malayan tapir calf born in more than 20 years.
