Police: Man Arrested After Officer-Involved Shooting In St. PaulSt. Paul Police say a 53-year-old suspect was shot Sunday night and suffered non-life threatening injuries after an officer's life was in danger during an attempted arrest. Authorities were in the area of Earl Street North and Germaine Avenue East attempting to arrest Reginald Craig Sutherlin, who had active warrants and was suspected in a felony domestic assault case.
