Authorities have identified a Minnesota man as the person struck and killed by a vehicle in the dark parking lot of a southern Indiana truck stop. The Clark County Coroner’s Office said Friday that 58-year-old Billy Ray Evans of Hill City, Minn., died at the scene when he was hit by a large truck. Evans was found on the ground Thursday night at a truck stop just off Interstate 65 near the town of Memphis, about 15 miles north of Louisville, Ky.
