A Minot man has been charged in a methamphetamine bust on Interstate 94 in Minnesota. An Anoka family is searching for a missing father of two. Kevin Casserly, 22, was last seen near the North Star station in Anoka on Nov. 12. Casserly has not contacted his family or shown up to work at Lakeland Tool.
