Five people are in the Douglas County Jail after the West Central Minnesota Narcotics Task Force, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and local police departments made a series of methamphetamine-related busts this week. On Monday, agents and officers from Alexandria Police arrested 29-year-old Kyle Hildebrand of South Haven and 23-year-old Jami Johnson of Sauk Rapid. An Anoka family is searching for a missing father of two. Kevin Casserly, 22, was last seen near the North Star station in Anoka on Nov. 12. Casserly has not contacted his family or shown up to work at Lakeland Tool. Kevin’s sister, Alex Casserly, says her brother’s disappearance has been very difficult to explain to his children. “[His kids] wanted to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal, and for them it was hard to understand why their dad wasn’t there,” Casserly said.
