Warmer Weather Springs Golf Courses To Open Early

Our first stretch of mild March weather has prompted some golf courses across the state to open ahead of schedule or at least get ready for the season to start. As of Tuesday, there are two golf courses near the Twin Cities that are open for business, and more are scheduled to get their season started this week.

Siberian Air Brings Big Shivers To Minnesota

A week ago, we were wrapping up a six-day stretch of above-average temperatures and some melting. But Wednesday brought a different story and a different season, after officially bottoming out at minus 9 degrees in the morning. And as cold as it is Wednesday, it’s not a record.
