Crews Hope To Open Eden Prairie Ice Castle Next Week

Our mild winter has put a popular winter attraction on hold — for now. The folks behind the giant ice castle at Mall of America have been busy creating a new one at Miller Park in Eden Prairie. It was supposed to open Friday, but it’s been too warm to make the ice.

Ice Castle To Open In Eden Prairie This Winter

A shimmering ice castle creation is returning to Minnesota this winter. Crews have spent the past few weeks preparing the site of the acre-sized icy palace in Eden Prairie’s Miller Park. On Monday they expect to turn on the water, and the ice will start going up.

Brewers’ Missing Racing Sausage Dropped Off In Bar

The Journal Sentinel in Milwaukee is reporting the 7-foot Italian sausage costume, usually seen racing around Miller Park during Brewers games, has been found after going missing for nearly two weeks.
