It is one of the most buzzed-about new foods at the Minnesota State Fair in 2013: mini-donut batter crunch ice cream. And you’ll find it at one of the oldest places on the fairgrounds.
Dan Schwarz, co-owner of Lift Bridge Brewing Company in Stillwater, and his team of brewers have unleashed a new way to enjoy mini donuts. And no, it’s not on a stick. This summer, Minnesota State Fair attendees will be able to enjoy their day with a glass of mini-donut beer, courtesy of the Ball Park Cafe and Lift Bridge.
