The chairman of the Shakopee Mdewaketon Sioux Community has died. Stanley Crooks died Saturday, according to Shakopee Mdewaketon representative Tessa Lehto. Crooks was Chairman of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since 1992.
