Minnesota Millionaire Raffle
Officials with the Minnesota State Lottery said Wednesday they are changing their policy on information for winning lottery tickets after as many as six prizes this year have gone unclaimed.
The second of two Minnesota Millionaire raffle winners has come forward to claim his prize, according to officials with the Minnesota State Lottery. Officials said Robert Hans of Elk River came forward on Wednesday to claim his $1 million prize.
Officials with the Minnesota State Lottery said that two Minnesota Millionaire Raffle tickets were sold, one in Anoka County and one in Blue Earth County, of the more than 4,000 winning tickets sold in 2014.
