Minnesota State Troopers

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car early Saturday morning in Northern Township. At approximately 3:00 AM, the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office was notified of an accident near Balsam Road on Irvine Ave NW, approximately 1 mile north of Bemidji.
