Police have identified the victim in a shooting at a St. Paul bar early Saturday morning that killed one and injured two others. Authorities said 27-year-old Adlai Xiong of Minneapolis was shot to death at the Moonshine Saloon on the 1100 block of 7th Street East.
An early Saturday morning drive-by shooting in St. Paul left one dead and 2 people injured, police said. The shooting took place at 1 a.m. at the Moonshine Saloon along East Seventh Street.
A 21-year-old St. Paul man has pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal vehicular homicide in the February deaths of two of his cousins. Teng Vang pleaded guilty to the charges on Tuesday. He is slated to be sentenced on Aug. 12, 2013.
