Adrian Peterson grinded out 86 yards and Christian Ponder completed 16 of 30 passes to lift the Vikings. The defense held the Texans to 187 total yards and 22 points below their league leading average.
Minnesota Vikings Give Brian Robison A Chance To Play On Sunday
The Minnesota Vikings did not have Brian Robison in practice Wednesday or Thursday, but the starting defensive end returned as a limited participant Friday. He did some work with the defense’s first unit and could play Sunday. His replacement, Everson Griffen, is also banged up, but is not in danger of missing the game.
