A 9-year-old girl has left the hospital after she was accidentally shot by her 5-year-old brother in North Oakdale early last Friday evening. The girl was shot with a .22-caliber rifle that was apparently left out for repairs.

She was taken here to Region’s Hospital in St. Paul, and is currently listed in stable condition. Witnesses say she was sitting up and was able to respond to questions. But it seems there are still some big questions as to how this happened.
