The Minneapolis Farmers Market opened up shop Saturday. It was a chilly start, but hundreds still came out to enjoy the fresh foods. About 30 local and global vendors set up today. At its peak, the Minneapolis farmers market will hold about 170 vendors.
Officials with Minnesota’s state-run health insurance exchange still haven’t announced a time for its launch. MNsure officials said late Monday afternoon that they had pushed the debut back to sometime Tuesday afternoon. But by early afternoon they still had not set a time for the online marketplace to go live and had not said why.
