A Twin Cities outlet mall is facing a growing number of accusations of racial profiling.
Twin Cities shoppers who want to go to an outlet mall will soon no longer have to leave the seven-county metro to get there. Twin Cities Premium Outlets will open next month in Eagan. The $100 million center is near Highways 13 and Highway 77.
The Eagan Outlet Center is nearly complete — with tenants, that is. Paragon Outlet Partners, the retail real estate development firm working on the project, announced Thursday that tenant space is now 90 percent complete.
