Parade of Homes
The Spring Parade of Homes is back for their 67th year — and this time with a focus on kitchens. It features more than 430 new homes open to tour all across the extended metro region. Prices range from as low as $142,000 up to $2.5 million.
What elements would you bring in to create the home of your dreams? How about ceiling panels, custom railings and an in-home basketball court? Watch WCCO’s Aristea Brady check out a fantastic pad during the Parade of Homes tour in the video above! You can catch the home she toured and many more dream houses from now through March 30.
If you’ve been on Lake Minnetonka, it’s a house you’ve most likely seen. In fact, it’s hard to miss the nearly 23,000-square-foot property. And it’s going for a comparative steal.
Whether it’s decorating tips, remodeling ideas or just to dream of what could be — the parade of homes puts some of the best homes in the Twin Cities on display. Developer Tim O’Connor gave WCCO a tour of a home featuring an 11-foot taxidermy bear and aroma’s pumped through the air ducts.
Don Shelby just finished building his green home.
