A Little Canada chiropractor accused of sexual assault pled guilty Monday afternoon. Ramsey County Attorney’s Office’s Dennis Gerhardstein said Thompson pled to the charge of third degree criminal sexual conduct Monday.
Less than 24 hours after the initial report, a Little Canada, Minn. chiropractor accused of sexually assaulting a patient has now had his license suspended.

Paul Thompson was arrested two weeks ago after a patient told police he raped her and had touched her inappropriately before.
A Little Canada chiropractor is under arrest after a patient accused him of sexual assault. Paul Thompson, 45, was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct. According to the criminal complaint, the victim told police Thompson penetrated her during one session, and had also touched her inappropriately in earlier visits.
