A Bloomington man faces eight criminal charges in connection to the gang-related shooting deaths of two men in a Minneapolis park in July. The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office says 23-year-old Antonio Frasion Jenkins Jr., who goes by the nickname “Popeye,” fatally shot 24-year-old Abdirahman Jined and 20-year-old Jorge Zavaleta-Martinez in the Peace Garden section of Peavey Park on the night of July 25.
