California Man Hit, Killed By Car In Rogers

Authorities said a 49-year-old California man was killed last Saturday after being hit by a car in Rogers. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the victim Friday as Kevin Vincent Plummer of Alta Loma, Calif.
