Charges: Drunk Carnival Worker Tasered After Threats

A 39-year-old Mississippi man working at Pioneer Days in St. Francis is accused of drunkenly threatening others with a knife before being tasered twice and damaging a squad car, according to charges filed Tuesday in Anoka County Court.
