St. Paul’s Como Zoo has rolled out the welcome mat for two twin polar bears. One’s a girl named Suka, and she weighs about 400 pounds. Her brother’s name is Sakari, and he’s about 600 pounds.
St. Paul, Minn. will soon say “hello” to twin polar bears who are nearly 2-years-old! The Toledo Zoo announced Thursday that brother and sister Sakari and Suka, will leave sometime in the fall and move to the Como Park Zoo.
Como Zoo’s two polar bears, Buzz and Neil, are going global this Earth Day on a live broadcast around the world, and you can check it out. The bears will take part in what could be called a worldwide play date.
