Officer Blayne Lehner was on the force for nearly twenty years. He also served as a director on the board of the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis.
Dayton Rejects Police Chief’s Misconduct Investigation Plan Gov. Mark Dayton says the state will not cooperate with Minneapolis police to investigate police misconduct. That's after the Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau announced the plan Wednesday, after months of consultation with the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).
