Investigators in Dakota County say a man hit it big at a casino and continued to take in welfare checks. Jin Park of Burnsville is accused of winning nearly $240,000 at Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, and then took in around $7,000 in government money. Park claims he has already spent the money, but Dakota County Attorney Jim Backstrom says not reporting the winnings is a crime, and they will try to prosecute.
