Kia Motors Corp. is recalling nearly 80,000 minivans in the U.S. because a suspension part can break and cause drivers to lose control of the vehicles. The recall affects Sedona minivans from 2006 through 2012.
The Minnesota Department of Agriculture has issued a consumer advisory for some skim milk produced by a Forest Lake dairy. The department says consumers should avoid drinking Autumnwood Farm brand skim milk in one-half-gallon glass bottles with a sell-by date of June 24. A routine inspection found the milk had not been properly pasteurized.
State health officials say two Minnesota babies have gotten sick from bacteria matched to a recalled sesame paste product. The Minnesota Department of Health said Friday neither child required hospitalization. Both are less than 1-year-old and are recovering.
