Two Ramsey Police officers and the man they shot and killed outside of a daycare Thursday afternoon have all been identified. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the incident, which began after a daycare worker called police to report a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.
Authorities say police shot and killed a suspect near a day care in Ramsey, Minn., Thursday afternoon. Few details were immediately available, but authorities said that the incident happened at The Learning Lodge on the 6100 block of 157th Lane Northwest.
