Law enforcement officers have resumed their search for a University of Minnesota student believed to have drowned in the Mississippi River.

An Anoka family is searching for a missing father of two. Kevin Casserly, 22, was last seen near the North Star station in Anoka on Nov. 12. Casserly has not contacted his family or shown up to work at Lakeland Tool. Kevin’s sister, Alex Casserly, says her brother’s disappearance has been very difficult to explain to his children. “[His kids] wanted to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal, and for them it was hard to understand why their dad wasn’t there,” Casserly said.

Beltrami authorities are searching for a man they believe led police on a high-speed chase Wednesday afternoon near Bemidji, Minn. According to the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office, Edwin Lee Johnson, 41, of Bemidji, was reportedly seen driving extremely recklessly on Bemidji Avenue North at 1 p.m. Wednesday, just north of Bemidji. He was driving a stolen white 1999 Oldsmobile Alero with Minnesota license plates, authorities said.
Police are searching for those responsible after large rocks were thrown into at least three cars driving along Excelsior Boulevard in St. Louis Park on Tuesday night. Authorities said the rocks smashed through car windows around 10 p.m. between Louisiana Avenue and Blake Road, but no one was hurt.

Authorities are searching for a Level 3 predatory offender, who has been on fugitive status since Sunday for allegedly violating the terms of his supervised release. Rommel Heinrich Fritz is on intensive supervised release for first-degree criminal sexual conduct against an underage female and was released into the Sandstone, Minn., area on June 11 from the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Rush City.
