Crews Recover Teen’s Body From Lake Nokomis

A 15-year-old boy died after going for a swim with friends in Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis Wednesday morning. The Hennepin County Water Patrol began searching just after 10 a.m. after a swimmer was reported missing on the east side of the lake.

Police: Home Burglarized In Stearns Co.

Officers in Stearns County are searching for a male who allegedly robbed a woman’s home Monday afternoon. According to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, the homeowner returned around 12:32 p.m. Monday and saw an adult male in her home.

Coon Rapids Man, 21, Missing In St. Croix River

The Chisago County Sheriff’s Department says there are crews searching the St. Croix River in Taylor Falls on a report of a person in the water. The report of a person in the water went out at 4:45 p.m., according to the sheriff’s department.

Searchers looking for Malaysia Air Flight 370 haven’t found any evidence of the plane yet, but they continue to get their hopes up when they see pieces of garbage and debris in the water. Yet, that can also add setbacks. Over the weekend, a promising lead turned out to be four orange cones. So, that had us wondering: how much trash is on our oceans?

Family, Friends Search For Man Last Seen In Anoka

An Anoka family is searching for a missing father of two. Kevin Casserly, 22, was last seen near the North Star station in Anoka on Nov. 12. Casserly has not contacted his family or shown up to work at Lakeland Tool. Kevin’s sister, Alex Casserly, says her brother’s disappearance has been very difficult to explain to his children. “[His kids] wanted to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal, and for them it was hard to understand why their dad wasn’t there,” Casserly said.

Police: 3 Masked Men Robbed A Fridley Bank On Halloween

There’s nothing strange about seeing someone in a mask on Halloween, unless you’re a bank teller and one of the masked men has a gun. The FBI said three men in masks robbed the TCF Bank in Fridley on Friday night.

Police are asking for help in finding an 81-year-old west central Minnesota man who has been missing since Tuesday. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate Orlando Wayne Tollefson, who left Herman, Minn., at 5 p.m. Tuesday and didn’t return to his residence.

Beltrami Officers Searching For High-Speed Chase Suspect

Beltrami authorities are searching for a man they believe led police on a high-speed chase Wednesday afternoon near Bemidji, Minn. According to the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office, Edwin Lee Johnson, 41, of Bemidji, was reportedly seen driving extremely recklessly on Bemidji Avenue North at 1 p.m. Wednesday, just north of Bemidji. He was driving a stolen white 1999 Oldsmobile Alero with Minnesota license plates, authorities said.

Police: Rocks Smash Windows Of 3 Passing Cars In St. Louis Park

Police are searching for those responsible after large rocks were thrown into at least three cars driving along Excelsior Boulevard in St. Louis Park on Tuesday night. Authorities said the rocks smashed through car windows around 10 p.m. between Louisiana Avenue and Blake Road, but no one was hurt.

A Wisconsin sheriff said a man who made his career catching bad guys is now one himself. The Barron County Sheriff’s office said Waupun officer Brad Young broke into a Green Lake restaurant yesterday, and drove off in a stolen car.
