Timberwolves Announce 2013 Summer League Roster

The Timberwolves will open a five-game summer league schedule on July 13 against the NBA D-League select team. Highlighting the roster will be both of the team’s first-round draft choices, Shabazz Muhammad and Gorgui Dieng.

Wolves Pick Up Muhammad, Dieng In Draft

The Utah Jazz have drafted UCLA guard Shabazz Muhammad with the 14th overall pick in the first round of the NBA draft on Thursday night. A person with knowledge of the deal tells The Associated Press that the Jazz are sending Muhammad and the 21st overall pick to Minnesota for Michigan point guard Trey Burke.
