Man Stabbed To Death In SE Minneapolis

A suspect is in police custody after a man was fatally stabbed early Saturday morning in southeast Minneapolis. Police were called to the 1100 block of 13th Avenue Southeast at 12:45 a.m., where they found a man with apparent stab wounds. The suspect, an adult male, was still in the residence and was immediately arrested by police. The knife was recovered at the scene.

Mpls. Police: Think Twice Before Warming Up Unattended Cars

When it’s cold outside, you can find cars and minivans warming up without the driver inside of them. And police say thieves are out looking them. Minneapolis Police tell WCCO they’ve seen a spike in car thefts in southeast Minneapolis’ Third Precinct. Officers say 17 cars were stolen between Dec. 10 and Dec. 18 in that part of the city.

Police say that one person was killed in a shooting in southeast Minneapolis Wednesday morning. The shooting happened at 38th Street and Bloomington Avenue.
