Vikings Training Camp got underway in Mankato Thursday, but the big news isn’t about the players. It’s coming from Mike Priefer, the team’s special teams coordinator. Priefer has been suspended for the first three games of the regular season for his homophobic slur called out by former punter Chris Kluwe, who has threatened to sue the team.
