Nineteen-year-old Calli Padgett, of Virginia, Minn., 20-year-old Dalton Richard, of Virginia, and a 16-year-old male from Gilbert, Minn. have all been arrested for conspiracy and second degree assault. According to the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, Tyler Bryan, 22, was lured to the casino by Padgett.

According to the sheriff’s office, the 64-year-old man was a passenger in the boat and fell out as it was traveling through Cable Bay.
