Patrol: 1 Dead After School Bus Collides With Truck In Martin Co.

A man is dead and a 4-year-old child is seriously injured after a truck crashed into a school bus Friday morning in southwestern Minnesota, the state patrol said. According to the patrol, the two vehicles collided in an intersection, as the truck was traveling northbound on 90th Street, and the bus was going north on 20th Avenue.

State Patrol Investigating Serious Crash At 35W & CR 10

The State Patrol is investigating a serious crash at 35W and County Road 10 Thursday afternoon.

The ramp to northbound 35W and County Road 10 was closed in Mounds View, creating a backup of more than five miles after a rollover accident ejected a 17-year-old from St. Paul. The condition of the teenager isn’t known.

Authorities are investigating after a SWAT team sniper fatally shot a man Wednesday in rural Beltrami County during a standoff situation. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) is investigating the shooting, which happened after 4:30 p.m. at a house on the 9200 block of Spencer Road in Liberty Township.
