Police: 3 Masked Men Robbed A Fridley Bank On Halloween

There’s nothing strange about seeing someone in a mask on Halloween, unless you’re a bank teller and one of the masked men has a gun. The FBI said three men in masks robbed the TCF Bank in Fridley on Friday night.

Police are trying to identify the suspect who woman who robbed a TCF Bank in Forest Lake on Oct. 2. Authorities said it took place at 1:02 p.m. at the Cub Foods on West Broadway Avenue.

Police: Help ID Apple Valley Bank Robbery Suspect

Apple Valley Police and the FBI are asking for the public’s help in finding the suspect that robbed the TCF Bank inside the Cub Foods Tuesday afternoon on Cedar Avenue. Authorities said the theft took place at 4:12 p.m. and that the suspect didn’t display a weapon. The lone male suspect fled the scene after obtaining cash from the teller.

Man Sentenced To 27 Months For Swindling $670,000 From Church

A Cottage Grove man was sentenced to more than two years in prison for his role in stealing nearly $700,000 from his church. Scott Joseph Domeier, a former employee of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, was sentenced to 27 months for swindling $670,000 between 1995 and 2012.

Lutheran Church Employee Pleads Guilty To Stealing $300,000

A 51-year-old Brooklyn Park woman pleaded guilty Thursday to embezzling more than $300,000 from a church, according to Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman. Raenay Hendrickson pleaded guilty to five counts of theft by swindle over $5,000 for defrauding the Minneapolis Area Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.

What a difference a day can make. On Monday, Vadnais Heights nonprofit TSE, which employs those who are developmentally disabled, was dealing with their trailer being stolen, and it was filled with lawnmowers and other important grooming equipment.
