A St. Paul, Minn. police officer was allegedly attacked by a Hudson, Minn. man attempting to take the officer’s gun. Anthony Michael Nickson, 49 faces two counts each of terroristic threats and attempting to disarm a police officer, and one count of terroristic threats during a violent crime.
On Saturday night, a St. Paul Police officer was working off duty at a Super America gas station, in uniform, when a man came into the store asking to go to jail. The officer thought it was a joke, but soon found himself in a fight for his life.
A man robbed a Waite Park gas station Saturday evening with a partially-concealed handgun, according to police. The robbery happened at the Super America at 29 3rd Street NE at about 9 p.m. The suspect, described as a white man in his 40s, showed the clerk a gun which was partially-covered by an orange glove.
