Cali. Man Arrested In Connection With Minn. Woman’s Murder

A Southern California man has been arrested in connection with the killing of a Minnesota woman, whose dismembered remains were scattered in plastic bags along railroad tracks. Riverside police said 28-year-old Christopher Marcus Brown was arrested Tuesday on an unrelated felony arrest warrant.
