April Snowstorm Could Be A Record BreakerA snowstorm of record-breaking proportions is predicted to mess up the Friday morning commute in the Twin Cities. Forecasters say a mix of precipitation is expected to turn over to heavy snow after midnight Thursday and leave as much as a foot of snow in the Twin Cities by midmorning.
Winter Storm Expected To Dump Heavy, Wet Snow On Minn. Just after Minnesotans enjoyed the warmest temperatures they’ve felt all year, a snowstorm is expected to dump up to 10 inches of snow Thursday in some counties, making travel hazardous for the afternoon commute and evening hours.
